My account

In order to be able to please you on our site and order our organic teas and infusions, you must create an account. It’s very simple and it takes a few seconds. For this, 2 solutions are available to you:

  • Soit vous créez votre compte client en cliquant sur l’icône compte, à côté de l’icône panier dans le menu. Vous pourrez ainsi vous enregistrer en renseignant votre adresse e-mail. Un mot de passe personnel vous sera envoyé par la suite. Et voilà, c’est fait !
  • Soit vous aoutez dans un premier temps vos articles au panier et lors de la validation de votre commande, vous pourrez créer votre compte en renseignant vos données personnelles.

Have you changed your delivery or billing address? Do not panic ! You can change them very easily. For this, 2 solutions are available to you:

  • Either go to the bottom of the site, section “Account – My addresses”
  • Either click on the “Account” icon in the menu, then in the “Addresses” section, once logged in.

Once in the “Addresses” section, you can modify your addresses by clicking on “Edit”. Remember to click on the “Save address” button once you have made the changes.

Have you changed your phone number or last name? You can modify this information from your customer account – “Account details” section. Remember to click on the “Save changes” button once you’ve made your changes.

Forgot your password ? Don’t worry, it happens to everyone 🙂 Just click on “Lost password?” “. You will be redirected to a new page asking you to enter your username or email address associated with your account. Subsequently, you will receive a link by email to create a brand new new password.

My online purchase

Yes, they are completely secure. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) authentication and encryption of your information to ensure the confidentiality of online transactions made on the site. In order to ensure top delivery, your order is processed quickly by our order preparation service. After validation of this by our team, we will no longer be able to interrupt the process of preparing and shipping your order.

Upon receipt of your order, do you realize that you made a mistake, whether it be the reference or the quantity on one or more products? It happens ! In this case, we invite you to quickly contact our customer service here.

Otherwise, you have 14 days from the day of receipt of your order to contact our service. Beyond this period, the product (s) concerned cannot be taken back. There are two solutions available to you when you return (cost at your expense): you can request a refund or an exchange. Wow, did you manage to find a promo code? Great ! To use it, it’s very easy. All you have to do is enter your code in the field entitled “Promo code” in your basket, when summarizing your order. Once the code has been entered, click on the “Apply promo code” button to validate your code.

For information, if you forget to enter your promo code, our team will not be able to add this code after registering your order. We therefore invite you to check that it appears on the summary of your order before confirming it.

Your promo code is not working? It could be for several reasons.

First, make sure you are logged into your account before entering your promo code. Indeed, some promo codes are reserved for certain members registered on the site. If you enter your code before logging in, our system will not be able to determine if you are eligible for the offer you are trying to take advantage of.

Otherwise, we invite you to check that there is no space at the end or at the beginning of the promo code entered. Sometimes, by copying and pasting, a space is inserted at the end of the promo code.

The promo code you entered may also no longer be valid. We invite you to make sure that the code you are trying to enter has not expired, quite simply!

Once you have verified all these elements and your promo code still does not work, we invite you to contact us.

If you have subscribed to a tea box subscription, you can unsubscribe at any time, by sending an email to [email protected] or by going to the contact page of the site. You can also go directly to the Ouipay.eu buyer area – “Need to stop a renewal” tab, accessible at this address.

Delivery & Tracking

Once you have made your awesome purchase (and many more after :)) on our site, you will receive several emails:

A first e-mail confirming that your order has been registered by our team.

A second e-mail informing you of the departure of your package in which a link will give you access to the carrier’s website to track your package.

Note: it is possible that one of these emails arrives in your SPAMS. Consider taking a quick look at your spam emails, they might be there 🙂

Orders placed on our site are generally prepared within 24/48 hours. If you place your order before 2:00 p.m. (French time zone), you will receive your products within 48 hours. After 2:00 p.m., you will receive your products within 72 hours. If you place an order between Friday after 2 p.m. and Sunday evening, the shipment will be made no later than the following Wednesday.

In order to ensure top delivery, your order is processed quickly by our order preparation service. Any request to change an address from the receipt of the email confirming the acceptance of your order cannot therefore be taken into account.

If you have not yet received the confirmation email that your order has been taken into account, quickly send your request for modification to our team who will do their utmost to make the requested modification, in the event that the preparation of your order does not would not have started.

In the event that our team has not been able to make the desired change, we will send a request to the carrier. However, we cannot guarantee that the latter will be able to modify your address.
