Delivery
Packages are generally shipped within 2/3 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo or any other carrier with a tracking number and delivered with or without a signature, depending on the value of the product.
Delivery costs are €6.00. You can benefit from a free delivery from 25 € of order. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.
Returns
In accordance with article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt, to return the products ordered, for reimbursement. Jaimelethe.com gives you the possibility to return your order and thus obtain an exchange or a refund, within 14 days.
For any request for return or exchange of one or more items received, please contact us via our return form at this address specifying the order number. You can find your order number in the “Orders” tab in your personal space. The costs of returning the product(s) remain the responsibility of the customer.
This period starts from the day of receipt of your order. Before any return, please contact our customer service by e-mail at [email protected] or via our contact form.
Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will send you the refund for your order. The refund period is 7 days.
