This bush only grows in South Africa because it requires a specific climate and soil. Contrary to its name of &#8220;red tea&#8221;, it is not a tea and it does not contain caffeine. Rooibos has a rather mild flavor even without the addition of sugar, its infusion is red &#8211; brown. If you are looking for a good brew to enjoy before bed, this is the right choice. This infusion is made from the leaves of Aspalathus linearis, without theine.
